That was clearly a block, or better yet a no call. The defender flopped after the offensive player avoided direct contact. That’s the exact way the NCAA wants that called to reward the offensive player.

Great call. He clearly shifts his weight to his left at the last second to initiate contact with the offensive player. 

The call was probably right, but you cannot give a T out that quickly in that close of a game.
