Not physically impaired, but I’m 6'7" and my knees dig into the seat in front of me when sitting in economy. I use the in flight mags to “cushion” my knees because they are a hell of a lot softer than the metal frame in the seat. So, I stand because it is painful to sit.
Amen. If you can open the tray table, you don’t need one of these. My knees also prevent seat reclining naturally.
This is one of the simplest and best things I have read on Deadspin in a while.
Gently in the distance, a melody with a moving bass line grew louder.
Yes, it is a monumental task, but there’s literally no other option if you want to “disarm America.”
Can’t knock the hustle.
One kills spiders. The other does not. Easy choice.
Every person reading this post had better sign that petition.
He really tried to black tar and feather Reid here.
The standard would be clearer if they just attached a gif of the non-call in the Saints/Rams playoff game and said: “if it’s that obvious, it will be reversed. That’s it.”
The Heath Ledger bit was the best part.
“money and endless permission”
the loud sound of a leg suddenly snapping like dry fettuccini

Non-competes are one of the exceptions. This is not. Moreover, courts use their equitable powers to reform a contract under certain circumstances (the provision is unenforceable as written, as an example).
That’s now how any of this works. Contract construction works very differently than you seem to think it does, and it doesn’t involve “blue-lining” by courts except in very rare cases of charitable trusts and the like. This is not one of the exceptions. The agreement will not be blue-lined. And the HOA is going to…
This isn’t a deadbeat situation. Whether the paint job is truly “patina” or not, it is most definitely not “moderate body damage.” The HOA had no right to fine him in the first place, and their right to foreclose for not paying said fines does not exist. The HOA aint winning this one.
LOL. No. Lipka wins in a landslide.
LOLOLOL no.
