I don’t think you got the point.

Well, they are heavier than a boat full of water.
Does not matter, anyone doing any wrenching on this car will have their own tools already and the branded one will just go on storage until the car is sold again.
I bet that is what most buyers will be thinking to justify the premium. I can see the appeal for someone that wants to do no work to go fast, but still want to brag about his investment and potentially take it to the track. As far as an investment i am not so sure.
I just got on about a month ago. So far not hint of under-steer on power. Based on pushing it as far as I am willing to go on tight PA back roads (2nd-3rd gear) roads. WAY faster than my stage two WRX, steering feel and brakes are so much better that now I am actually a little worried of the speeds I am carrying…
Those seats look horribly uncomfortable. I rented a Bonneville 750 for a 6-8 ride and was doing some serious gymnastics to deal with the pain from the flat seat.
All those are real barriers, but if they manage to keep the price down they'll have a good chance. This will strictly be a commuter car that will pay for itself completely in a three years. Much better payback than any hybrid which takes years just to break even (not pay back).
I guess by design any subaru has the flywheel pretty close to the front axle.
Best part about this video..........No music!
It's super useful. You just need a cargo lift to put stuff in the bed. Some weird cantilever hitch extension.
Well I guess the crux is what he self identified as. I am all for letting people do as they please, but I can see this causing some confusion to the DMV workers. I am not sure what regulations they have to make sure that you do not take your license picture dressed as chewbacca or your favorite super hero. I know…
The amount of money spent to deploy these would go a long way towards having working mass transit in the US. Essentially the money would go to shareholders(including myself) instead of infrastructure development.
The most blatantly stupid stuff I've ever done on a motorcycle has been when borrowing some ones bike late at night at a party or some situation where you would not even ride your own bike. I am lucky it did not cost me anything and I get to reflect on my negligence. Wish this guy got the same opportunity.
It's all in your head!
Same here. One rallycross was amazing, but realized that my car would not survive too many more. For something this taxing you really need a second car that's cheap to repair.
Should it be rate or location?
After trying and failing twice in a 350Z I realized that I was just ruining her moon. But it was a good game plan to get started in the car and then say " this is too uncomfortable, lets go up to your place".
I can't understand why phones even let you take portrait video.
This is when it would be nice of them to have a US diesel or FI 4/6 cylinder. I would love to see the offroad treatment on the Tacoma, but they have no engine to stuff in it.
You would think truck drivers as "professionals" could take more caution and avoid these situations. I would imagine that driving all over the country they would have been able to get some practice.
