Full-fat powdered milk is delicious. Sadly, I've never been able to find it in Canada.

Organic milk is usually UHT pasteurized, which causes the Maillard reaction to occur. It gives it a lovely rich taste (I freaking love UHT milk). The diet of the cows and psychology probably play a role too.
