Yah that’s what I was saying sorry it was unclear why buy a Xbox if I can upgrade my pc and still have access to everything I would on Xbox?

you know gamepass is on PC too right? You could have got the videocard and and still played the same games

Krato is a much, MUCH more well rounded character in GoW 2018, and presumably this game too. He’s sombre and filled with guilt and regret, and his anger is treated as a character flaw, rather than it being a cool and badass macho man badge of honour; the main theme of GoW 2018 is Kratos doing his best to make sure his

Activision Blizzard hasn’t released a “world-class game” in years

sure, but at the end of the day, the quality of the games produced really does count for a lot. sony cleaned xbox’s clock last gen because microsoft failed to consistently develop good games in-house. it doesn’t matter how much money they spend if their business and creative culture produces poor games. microsoft has

Valid points but with all that, these moves are not an instant win button. It’s the reason why these moves did not happen ages ago given that these buys have to be justified to share holders and creates increased pressure to meet numbers. Which is not a setting that supports creativity or taking risks. EA struggles

MS can’t keep buying companies the size of ABK. 70 billion is a third of their cash. Investors won’t want that much risk. Any other new acquisitions will be smaller in scale. Sony can’t keep it up either.

Everyone seems to misunderstand. MS Gaming, is not MS. MS needs cash for acquisitions that matter more to their core business (Cloud), such as GitHub, Linkedin, etc. Buying Activision was a big play, with little risk, but basically, Xbox’s warchest in one go. They need to reserve cash on hand to continue picking off

Heh heh, love the clickbait title. I have to admit, the main reason I visit these sites nowadays is for the riled up fanboys. Primo entertainment.

How many Playstation owners you know have Sony Stock investments?

“PlayStation Fans Reeling From Xbox Call Of Duty Deal “

And Xbox fanboys were the same when the 360 came out and PS3 was (somewhat) backwards compatible. It’s almost as if it has more to do with fanboys in general, and less to do with Sony or Xbox. Hmmmm.

The decision to make it three player co-op is a bit baffling.

Never played siege. I actually avoid anything ubisoft but I am also old enough to remember old style rainbow six which I loved.

so we just don’t care about ubisoft abuse anymore?

It’s a AAA asset flip. 90% of the work was already done for them. Apparently nobody reminded the development team it was supposed to be fun.  Ubisoft makes wine into water.

That’s essentially what it is. I’m guessing when Back4Blood came out they realized they couldn’t just do a Left3Dead clone and call it a day. The outbreak event in Siege was much more fun than this.

It looks like a worse version of GTFO which just came out.

A lot of aspects of the game feel paper thin... but I’m not sure that is a wholly bad thing.
