Brandon Routh was the only good thing about Superman Returns. He absolutely nailed Reeve’s take on Clark Kent/Superman.

I get so sad every time I see Brandon Routh being superb as the Atom. I miss his version of Superman whenever I sit through Henry Cavill’s resting-bitch-face interpretation of the character.

Most on-point Superman moment in the past ten years was in Superman Returns. Superman saves the plane and then with grace and dignity requests the passengers leave in an orderly fashion. Still, even that movie was paced like a dirge.
