I highly approve of changing the terminology from “designer” to “stylist,” as I think it more accurately describes the paradigm shift the role has experienced from considering form and function to purely form.

Why? Are consumers asking for this? I have only met a handful of people who are “pro-touchscreen” in automobiles. Now I know a lot of internet Tesla fan out there that will defend the touch screen in their vehicles until they die....but is it actually better to use? Is it ACTUALLY going to save the consumer money or

It’s almost as if not listening to Internet enthusiasts pays off.

Ditching the old names was actually a good choice.

The same muppet that when asked what to name it came up with dropping the last two letters from Escalade.

Oh this is good. Very good.

No problem. Also would recommend: “(Blank) can go tap dance in a mine-field for all I care.” Got that one from a college physics professor.

Fuck the [fill in the blank], with the wide end of a rake.

They’re all getting caught because of cooperating witnesses and the deep paper trail.

You’re obviously going to the wrong kind of taco truck!

I thought working for a union contractor (electrical) would eventually soften my disdain for the UAW. Working with a competent union has only furthered it.

Trying to balance a big set of wheels aside I swear this has something to do with retaining or protecting occupants in a side intrusion.

The years-old current F-150 is still very competitive with the all-new Silverado, and it’s about to get its own redesign. The Ram is performing very

Im sorry but no. Every single one of these new full size GM SUVs posted today looks like it's been given a massive front wedgie. It needs something to break up that huge section of plastic under each headlight. It's literally a flat sheet of plastic bumper cover as tall as the tire.

Is it just me or do the new Tahoe and all variants appear to have a factory installed 3” lift on them? If so, I wonder if this is to accommodate the forthcoming 28” wheels that are destined to show up on these.

You get 100 stars from me.

The front looks too small or something on that thing. They should just overcab it:

It’s not just the front end. There is not a single angle that can make these monstrosities look good...

The Tahoe/Suburban saw the new Silverado and said “hold my beer”. That front end is hideous.
