google tells me that 29.1 million people in the US have diabetes. chances are some of these reporters have it, or know someone who does. you would think that could help clear up some of the confusion, but no. even people in my family don’t understand how it works, and I was diagnosed 24 years ago.

I haaaaaaaaate when people ask my advice. all I can say is this is what worked for me, but everyone is different. I AM NOT A DOCTOR!!! please don’t ask me for medical advice.
