Aftermarket? Doesn’t look to me like it’s integrated into the body, but I know diddly about Porsche.

Most men seemingly have no clue how generally awfully we treat women. I’ll readily admit I’m unaware, but I know that I’m clueless.

Yeah, pretty confident that the Amish aren’t going to be your best bet for a properly electrified vehicle.

Not nearly the same level, but you might want to stay away from Zook’s. Those restored Broncos certainly do it for me.

Townsend is the proper gateway. I’ll never subject myself to the neon traffic hellscape that is Gatlinburg again. What a traumatic transition that made after the first time driving through the beauty of the Smokies.

I’m sure it won’t be long until someone buys one and documents what would be involved in migrating the diesel to the 2-door.

That’s why I included the drive train. I believe it’s actually the transmission that’s too long to comfortably fit the 2-door model, but if the engine weren’t so large, maybe they could have moved the transmission far enough forward to make everything work.

Both numbers are correct. It’s a $4000 option, and because it doesn’t come with manuals it costs $6000 more than a standard.

That is soooo tempting. Crawl down a forest road with only electric? Sign me up!

So a smaller engine gives you more room? Shocking.

Not mine, but I knew someone who commuted over 100 miles each way with his wife, from Madison Indiana (along the Ohio River) to the north side of Indianapolis. Every day.

Thanks for the tip, my prescription sunglasses were stolen from my Jeep recently, so I’m going to give them a shot...after my next paycheck, and maybe the one after that.

Interesting point, one I hadn’t considered. If I ever buy new off-the-lot, I’ll give that a try.

Heck, I wouldn’t have known about the old Supra were it not for the dozens of articles here about the new one.

...once again reminded how poor a fit I am for this community. Heck, I don’t even know what an I-pace is (well, now I know it’s a Jag) and I’d never recognize it as a bad choice to be chauffeured around in. I have absolutely nothing useful to offer this Countersteer.

Metallic beige is still beige.

I just posted about a similar idea, claiming you really want a rare color some other dealer has. Nice job.

I once heard an anecdote: person wanted a specific, rare color, and went to the dealership that had it but kept pushing them to get a different rare color from another dealer. The buyer “let” the sales person talk them into the one they had.

If Wranglers can be made safe with no top and no doors, I think Lincoln could pull this off.
