I flew form NC to PA two weeks ago and at the gate, they asked for three people to give up their seats for a $300 voucher. Three people volunteered and we boarded. Imagine my surprise when I saw SIX airline employees seated on the plane and three empty seats!

That and checking in as soon as possible.
