I dunno. Lower scores, and the tension involved, make it all that more exciting. If you've been waiting 60 minutes for a goal, you're gonna explode with excitement when it finally happens.

This is what happens when you hand nerds and executives over to a PR firm stylist.

Final Fantasy VI was made in a year. Even considering the jump in technology, this is still taking a ridiculously long time.

Take that money, buy an all inclusive vacation package to some exotic location, and change your life.

I dunno. FFVI sits in a happy medium between the simplistic games that came before, and the gigantic-budget, overly-convoluted, over-designed, pretty-boy AAA games that we have now.

Regarding the plot, you have to understand the times. JRPGs were awash in "hero on quest" plots, and here came FFVI with an ensemble cast with diverse backgrounds that were all fighting for different reasons. Just go play FFIV, and you'll see fantasy stereotypes with vague/generic motivations.

Then why are McNuggets 20 for $5 in the US and 6 for $4 in Canada? I imagine the quality has something to do with it.

I was a kid of the '80s, but I'm gonna leave He-Man in the '80s. :/

Hint: A Vita looks exactly like a PSP to non-gamers. At a quick glance, it may even be mistaken by gamers.

The worst kind of nerd is a pedantic nerd.

The 2005 "fiery surfboard with lens flares" logo was pretty awful, too. The current logo is decent.

That's quite the sausage party.

As a gamer since the '80s, the PS3 is my favourite of that bunch.

If you're insulted by that, you need to sort out your priorities.

How many football fields is that?
