Why would we want to ignore the unique problems that African Americans as a group face in our country? They are at high risk for many diseases and problems due to our history of racism.

Our health system definitely needs to be fixed but I think our problem goes deeper than that.

Drug users obviously don't care about the consequences of their actions. That's why they continue to buy and use drugs even if they know they are indirectly supporting the murder of these women and others.

I never said it was the woman's problem...I feel sorry for these men because they're very angry and they'll never have fulfilling relationships. I never excused the violence they perpetuate against women.

One thing that I've noticed that I guess should be pretty obvious is that a lot of these guys have been hurt by a woman. They've gone through nasty divorces or women just aren't very interested in them in general for whatever reason. I can't help but feel a little sad for them.
