My campus has its own police force. If someone is mugged we often get an email alert from the campus police describing what happened.

Way to be classist against those of us who are not from Chicago.

The Chinese food I had in Chicago's Chinatown recently was awesome.

It feels so weird to be that rare college student who doesn't drink! On Friday nights I'll be in my room sleeping and I'll hear the drunken screaming outside. :P I'd rather buy sushi or empanadas..

I'm 21 and I'm not a drinker either. I didn't get to have a huge party or go out to bars on my birthday and my two closest friends actually can't drink due to medical reasons. :P

Some women just have a lot of trouble getting there. I never have. I'm young and I'm only on my second partner right now. The first one was a bit of a selfish asshole but the second one cares more. I guess some women who have never orgasmed before just feel like they can't miss what they've never have as someone said…

It makes me feel like an inanimate object when guys do stuff like that. Especially if they get mad that I'm not reacting the way they want me to.

I was thinking of buying a bag from Urban Outfitters and I'm so glad I didn't because there have been lots of complaints about the quality. I'll be happy with the Tiganello bag I got from Macy's :P

That's exactly what my mom says. It's ruder to point it out if someone else doesn't have good manners.

Puerto Ricans can be white. Or black, or brown or anywhere in between. But, those people sound like assholes who don't know the history of their own island. So fuck them!

Obviously only the chosen ones are meant to understand.

What's the PhD in?

Just curious: Are you a physician? I saw another comment by you (I think) where you mentioned medical school.

My university has a lot of Chinese students and one thing that I haven't been able to get used to is the fact that a lot of them don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom. :P I get that different cultures have different standards of hygiene, but that really is a public health issue too!

I'm sure you have. I cringe whenever I see Americans acting like asses in other countries because we already don't have a good reputation as a whole and they're just furthering the stereotypes that other cultures have of us.
