They’re not talking about a highway with three lanes in either direction. They are talking about a roadway with three lanes total. Two travel lanes and a turn lane in the center. The law makes perfect sense and isn’t any different than the law anywhere else.

Can you imagine a car company doing something like that today? Circumventing a bad review by just... going to geographical places where that review would most likely to hold the least amount of weight?

Sure, it starts with trailers but these guys are on a path that ledes to tanks, and submarines and heartache for their family. If they aren’t careful I would say there are at least 8 or 9 more ever increasingly troublesome adventures for these guys before someone maybe probably dies.
