You just know that the chuds on the right are cheering him on for having what amounts to a NON-DEBATE with a seasoned vet.
After a scare recently kept us self-isolating for four days while we were waiting a COVID test result- negative test for my husband who had GI symptoms and a fever, but no cough, so his doctor wanted him tested - we decided to figure out where to put a small chest freezer in our condo. I was going to wait, but I was…
Back when I used to watch Trading Spaces, I always thought Ty Pennington was a shit-show. Amy was the better carpenter by far, but she was mellow and steady, as opposed to Ty who was clearly more into goofing for the camera. I always thought he was obnoxious, but I guess that’s what HGTV wanted.
When my husband and I still lived in the DC area, we took the train up for a long weekend in NYC. My Mom - a NYC native - offered to drive us to and from Union Station so we didn’t have to deal with Metro or parking.
Still one of our favorite recipes, that’s all I know.

Yep, this.
A large chunk of Delta staff are former Northwest staff. Northwest was great about cancelling and refunding for shit beyond your control. (At least in my experience.)
Delta is HQ’d in Atlanta, and one of the major hubs is in Minneapolis, since they bought Northwest (which was HQ’d here).
What pisses me off the most is that she waited until takeoff. She knew 1,000% what she was doing.
Okay, as noted elsewhere on this thread, normally I’m a 2-Chicken Soft Taco, Fresco Style kinda girl. But once in a blue moon - we’re talking once maybe every other year - I get a yen for a Mexican Pizza.
Eggplant texture is so off-putting for me - a problem growing up in a family where ratatouille and eggplant parmesan (or other forms of sliced & baked/roasted eggplant) were some of my Dad’s favorites. But baba ghanouj is fine because it’s been pureed - I can enjoy the taste without the texture.
We hoarded AmEx points for the better part of a decade to take Upper Class airfare on Virgin Atlantic a few years ago (it was a big celebration trip, to mark the completion of my husband’s PhD, so we had plenty of time to accumulate points).
Masters of Malt just wasn’t loading for me for some reason, so Spirit Co it was!
Yep. It’s still the Drinks by the Dram calendar, just from a different supplier.
Drinks by the Dram notes they don’t ship to the US - Flaviar didn’t ship to my state, but I’m not sure that’s my state or the entire US - but they did provide a list of companies that do!
Yep, I pick up slabs of it all the time at ours! They don’t last long.
Shit, I’m sorry, that’s the pits. I hope you’re in remission now.
