my grandfather on my dads side lived to like 93, and he ate ALLLLL of the cow in his days.  I had his or my moms MEGA-HYPER METABOLISM till I hit 40, now I’ve got like an extra 8lbs that i swear one of these days I’m going to trim down.  Just not today LOL.
