starring for the thing of beauty that is “flustercucks”
It’s not only real, its 90+% of their collective identity. Conservative talk radio has had these flustercucks as the victim in their own productions for over 30 years now. After a certain point they believed it, internalized it, and now truly feel victimized by pretty much everything that doesn't tell them how great…
I think you just answered your own question, “why not just quit,” with, “If I quit, there will be a number of people happy to take my position.”
Quitting means you’re going to lose your job—and that finding another may not be easy in a market that has as much or less demand for your skillset than there are people with…
This is why mandatory state inspections every couple of years are good. I used to live in a state that had no inspections. Not a day went by when I didn’t see a car on the highway that was clearly unsafe, and most usually also being driven at an unsafe speed or in an unsafe manner.

I checked out when he made the arbitrary call that any civilization needs to be hundreds of millions of years ahead of humanity to develop interstellar flight.
He lost me at we didnt evolve. Im almost curious to read the batshit extreme love, but I am slacking at work and will not waste that time on such nonsense.
So I hung in there through the “we didn’t evolve” and the “extream love”, but had to tap out at “Asians are super creative.”
To sum up what this guy said ⬆ “Aliens can’t be real because I love Jesus”.
