I got it a bit more recently for PS4 during a sale, but once I learned it might appear on Switch I set it aside.

Rather than fail, I’d probably say I’d like to see it evolve and develop as a result of both player and developer input over time. I know what you mean about being worried about Fallout 5, I’m just not sure having 76 fail is the best way to get the desired result. I’m definitely not playing 76 based on the currently…
With the worst part of the Division—the Dark Zone—added in. Pretty cynical I know, but I’m really not loving much of what I’ve seen of this iteration.
Why are people going after his family members?!
On the flip side of that same coin, my PS4 recently went down for the count, and I’ve no desire to replace it this late in the cycle (Switch and my recent return to XB have enough to keep me busy in the interim).
I had no idea Boston was that bad in terms of urban racial segregation. I’m only a couple of hours away but rarely go there. Jesus.
The next step is to pull IGN entirely. Their comment sections are like a slow-motion car accident that I can’t stop looking at. I assure you I’m not responsible for ANY of it.
I’m playing Paladins on Switch a LOT these days and really enjoying it. Haven’t spent any real money yet, but I’m close to the point where I want to give back to the dev in exchange for all the fun I’ve been having.
Bloodborne...that’s one of the great ones!
I’m not much for military FPS games, but I loved the campaigns for both Battlefield Bad Company games, and still wishing for a third after...what, nearly a decade now? Anyways, have you played either of those?
I’ve also just learned that you can actually see down into the cabin to view the map without leaving the wheel? If true, that’ll be a huge help. The last time I played, I was running up and down non-stop to check my position, must have looked like an old Benny Hill skit.
Not a case of being “unwilling”, but more a case of “not knowing how to do so effectively with regard to this specific game.”
That’s encouraging at least. I’ll do some research and read up on how to optimize the solo experience.
I tried, but running around trying to do everything on the ship just to get from A to B was too much. People do seem to manage it, but I’ve no idea how.
I do wish this game was more hospitable to people who want to play solo. I tried, and I just can’t manage it. All I think I’d need is for some of the sailing functions to have the option to be automated.
It’s really refreshing to be able to read Heather’s and Gita’s posts followed by a really great repository of useful comments from the community without having to slog through the usual anti-NMS hyperbole. Sorry for going off-book a bit (and I hope I didn’t inadvertently trigger anything). As a NMS fan, I just wanted…
I’ll need to rebuy the game for XB1 (my PS4 is down for the count). I’ve been telling myself to wait as I have other stuff I’m working on, but the more I see about the new update, the closer I am to pulling the trigger. Anyways, I’m really glad to see the generally positive response!
