I have a Switch and a PS5. I play the Switch WAY more. Its all about the games. Pure graphics are fun sometimes, but there’s nothing stopping the Switch from running games that are fun, engaging, impactful, and joyful for years and years.

Teslas are in fact just good, normal, boring cars now. I’m not sure what you’re on about. They are one of the best selling cars in the world. If you think everyone else is wrong and YOU’RE uniquely smart and correct, maybe re-evaluate your position.

The problem with upsizing the Volt to an SUV is that it would need a much bigger engine to keep up at highway speeds with the extra drag. Then you’d need a bigger battery to keep the same all-electric range. Bigger gas tank for ICE range. Bigger suspension components for the extra weight . . . all the little things…

I’d actually take a smaller-battery, cheaper version with 270—ish miles. That’s more than enough, especially with fast charging. Plus, lower weight means greater around-town efficiency.
