It’s simple, in the last decade:

1) salaries are flat, or largely falling behind inflation. Underemployment is still a major problem
2) Vehicle price increase is rising
3) Housing costs are rising
4) Child care costs are rising
5) Food costs are rising
6) Credit card debt is increasing
7) Education is far more expensive
8)

“This is more for the professional world, because honestly, no one that you’d consider a friend would ever dare do a voice call these days.”

A garlic press? My kitchen does not look like Mario Batali’s. I mean, aside from the lack of sexually harassed or assaulted women in it, I do not own every last type of kitchen utensil or instrument. Fuck pressing my own garlic. I can buy jars of minced garlic and just spoon out a little bit for my various dishes.

That is about 1000% more work than I want to put into 3 AM pizza bagels.

Its not as bad as an Iphone, you can basically press it with anything the uconnect doesn’t have to be a finger like a smartphone. I always press it with whatever I’m holding, a pen, the corner of my phone, etc...

Wait, are you fucking serious about that shredded Cinnamon Toast Crunch??? WHEN THE FUCK DID THAT COME OUT?! WHY HAS NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME?!!!

I have a puppy that my fiance likes to dress in little sweaters and shit. She’s a small dog and she def needs them when it’s been below zero outside, but it’s gotten a little out of hand. Matching collars and sweaters and leashes.....a little holiday bowtie collar. The dog looks like a pompous asshole with that bowtie

You are 100% responsible for each and every round you send down range.

I got on Facebook in 2004, when I was entering college. At that point it was only open to people with an email address at the schools that had it. For someone just starting college, it really was an amazing thing in that form.

Everyone’s awful. I just think the right especially needs to come up with better insults.

Any insult that the far right overuses, (cuck, libtard, snowflake, etc)

Any comments on the “correct” amount of horsepower is a Kilauea-erupting, fire flames hot take from someone who willingly drives a Yugo.

I have wondered the same thing. Our driver education and licensing is way, way too lax in my opinion. But also, I realize that if these things weren’t made standard then the more responsible drivers would end up paying more through higher insurance, etc. And also, we’d all probably pay a LOT more if the government

You go to hell.

I take it, you’ve never personally opened up the four barrel on a big block?

Thats a good starting point for a restoration project. Or even a half assed resto, toss another $5000 at this and you’ve got a unique rig to take hunting or tow your dirt bikes etc. I’m nice price on it.

Yeah, I’m tired of hearing about this guy. Tracy aspires to be him, that’s why we’re hearing about it, that’s all.

I feel like Jalopnik has been pushing really hard to get us to feel sorry for this guy, but it’s just not working. He’s clearly a hoarder, the land is a de-facto junk yard, he’s not preserving these vehicles in any meaningful way, and I have no issue with local governments stepping in here.

Those pictures remind me of being in middle-school sex ed, and they show you weird pictures of anatomy that are excessively detailed, and you’re kind of aroused, but also confused and a bit frightened.
