It’s gonna corkscrew into a giant cork and open that interstellar bottle of wine

With Clint, eating lots and lots of dog-friendly pizza.

So long as Lucky is with Clint, I think I feel better about that. Because honestly, Clint’s relationship with Lucky is what made me fall in love with Fraction’s run in the first place.

Actually, the guy is fine. Your point would be valid if he was moving and then stopped abruptly (like a football player). However, having an object stop abruptly on his head (and be diffused by the helmet) is fine.

PROTECT YO GODDAMN NECK
Seriously though all that sudden compression is bad for you

I mean... a strong helmet will prevent injuries to the skull, but no amount of protection will ever stop a brain from rapidly accelerating and then decelerating by slamming into the side of your head, which is the real issue with head injuries.

And that’s how concussions work

...those cheek squiggles... No matter the angle they now look like some weird mustache (or super long nose hair?) Can’t unsee it anymore.

All I am surrounded by is fear.

I don’t follow Black Panther but man is this a deep look at how TNC thinks about his work and the character. Evan, can you interview all of the writers now? I want this same level of introspection from Slott and Spider-man.

Ways to write scenes or characters out of movies:

Only if Harry Dresden becomes Director of SHIELD.

Despite our many faults, humans are still pretty badass.

Did anyone else find it hard to read that Iron Fist quote on mobile? Me too. I pulled it out into an image editor and then typed it out just for you, my pals:

There is Kida in Atlantis. She had tattoos. Glowing ones.

Snark, thy father is Envy.

Perhaps. But if they wanna do Infinity War properly, they’ll need to introduce the character of Death. If the “Zealots” are part of a Cult of Death then that’ll be the perfect way to finally explain what Thanos’s deal is when he starts killing everyone.

They forgot the DHD.

You're right, they haven’t made an outright flop yet. That’s pretty impressive really, and speaks to Disney’s quality control over all. I actually prefer the X-Men movies overall but they definitely made a couple of flops.
