Loved me some Ned and Stacey. Terrific show.

Avid Wings viewer here. (Side note: God, do I miss the more varied programming of USA Network.) Not a great show, but a pretty funny one, even if I resent the presence of a Sandy Cooper episode in the honorable mentions. Straight pissed me off that no one believed Joe about her.

Gravity Falls - In “Soos and the Real Girl”, Dipper and Mabel congratulate Soos for asking out Melody. In the foreground, Dipper’s complimenting Soos while in the background, Mabel tries to climb a big tree out of excitement, but she can’t get a hold, so she jumps on a smaller tree and immediately falls over.

And Christ on a cracker, does that theme resonate still.

I would’ve said a find-replace remake of Stuber.

It was rumored that Marvel was planning on dumping the film to VOD. Given this development, they may as well.

So...people hate this movie now? How the shit did that happen?

Kinda shameful that there’s no mention of Gregg Henry as Mayor MacReady. Every moment he’s on screen is hysterical, from him cursing someone out only to find a woman and her child next to him to his late-movie freakout (“And now, there’s no goddamn fuckin’ Mr. Pibb!”) to his sendoff when he’s taken over (“Kill me—”

Huh. I remember an episode of “The Goldbergs” where Adam was amazed that Murray was crying at the film, not because the boy hated it, but because his father never cried.

Brave isn’t a perfect movie by any means, but if you don’t laugh at the scene where Fergus imitates Merida, you’re not human.

And when does Eddie Murphy’s Buddy Love come along to yell at James Olsen to “take that shit off your head”?

In fairness, Steve Carell’s character was kind of a dick.

Take your damn star and get the hell out of here.

“Did you want ‘M’, Mr. Luthor?”

Following that holy-fuck-this-is-lazy Trump episode, FG becoming funny again sounds like a miracle on a par with the loaves and fish.

And now, I want to see a trailer mashup of Arrested Development and Ready or Not.

Hell to the yes. Also, anyone who dislikes Shoot ‘em Up is not your friend.

Feel free to correct me but Smokey and the Bandit was the second-highest grossing movie of ‘77 (no points for guessing #1), so it will certainly get an honorable mention.

The Child’s Play remake. I really want to meet the people who think that Seed of Chucky is too damn goofy and consider this a serious entry. Hiding the schmuck boyfriend’s skinned face strapped to a watermelon. The old woman in the self-driving car. Andy being a sullen jerk.

Cage is (presumably) still in Dutch with the IRS. Travolta...your guess is as good as mine.
