That is really tough :( You and my mother are about the same age. My family is rather emotionally reserved bunch in a lot of ways so we're not traditionally 'close.' But I try to be open and share with her and try to open more doors. I'm hoping if we can keep that going we can become closer and more actively friendly…
I'm often thinking "this top's fabric is awesome but the cut is awful"
or "This would be perfect if it had full sleeves but I hate 2/3 sleeve lengths"
or "This would be cute if my hips were wider. Why is it so hard to find dresses with a more sturdy shape?"
or "this is nice but the stitched design on the chest ruins…
There is a dismiss option? @_@; Oh gosh there is a little X on gray posts that is super handy.
...I'm not sure why I never saw it before
Awesome, thanks!
These things are awesome as super useful if you go to festivals/music events/etc a lot where there are super mega nasty bathrooms
I'll have to look Rodin up :) Thank you
She looks soft and full to me. There aren't any bones sticking out, no hard edges. Compared to all the photoshopped crap we idealize this statue looks like most women I see.
My mother and I have very, very different senses of fashion. She keeps trying and trying but she never gets and closer to what I would wear. IDK who these "fashionable young ladies" are at her job that she gets what-to-buy-for-my-daughter tips from but they must dress pretty strangely. Got bless her for trying. I…
Off Topic:
What statue is in the picture above? It's gotta be a classical one or something, right? I don't think I've ever seen an average shaped woman committed to stone before. That's the closest I've ever seen a woman come to my body shape.
Ohh, I misunderstood! Sorry :) Yes, I agree
Aw :)
Brave is a Pixar movie. Disney may own them but they operate independently.
No worries :) I forgive you.
It hasn't been the big True Love focus in a Disney princess movie, no. I am not implying that family love has never been any part of any disney movie.
You mean your being cis? Because you can be straight and trans at the same time o.o it isn't a sexuality. I'll take the hug though, haha.
But yeah I was prepared for an eye roll too. It was great.
I love that this movie is about a Queen for once and that the 'true love' aspect of the movie is love for family.
On a side note, being trans, I thought this story translated easily to struggles I've faced so this kid's movie got me a bit steamy eyed :( The queen... I feel you, girl
My aunt has been struggling with mild hoarding for a while. It's tough. Thank goodness my cousins have been able to, slowly, get her to downsize. Her collection of disney plushies went from (literally) half a living room to a closet.
I just had a listen! I agree, it is very cute :)
Ahhhh! MY big bro was a punky teen when I was a tot so my intro to music was listening to him blasting Bad Religion from his locked bedroom door. I've been a fan my whole life <3 (and yet I still look at my shoes when Into the Unknown is brought up. Oops)
And omg Ariana Grande is my GIRL, she has a holiday song out!?
