Couldn't agree more. The slower, sentimental songs really hit home for me!
I love Bad Religion! I thought their Holiday album debut was as hilarious as it was awesome :)
I absolutely adore jazzy christmas songs. Every December I have my Holiday Jazz station on Pandora running non-stop. But this year my heart was really won over by this new song:
Don't lie to me j -j My heart will break. Like a chocolate orange in a trampoline store.
It tastes like a pulled pork that was turned into a faux-rack-of-ribs shaped patty. It tastes good but it is quickly followed by a sense of "I shouldn't have done that."
This article (and much of the comments in here) are a fine slice of transpiration.
Yeah I don't get it either. I watched the movie and I was pumped for the whole thing.
The best part about Smaug was how IN LOVE WITH HIMSELF he was. This kid is a self-masturbatory juggernaut. "My hide is iron, my teeth are swords" *sexually moans and gropes self* "I am fire! I am death!"
My mother is well into her 50s now and her body image has been getting far worse. I keep trying to help her combat it but it is hard :( She's non-stop self-depricating.
This is fantastic news. Because that's the exact amount of exercise that I do.
It belongs to the group who is oppressed by it.
Oh. Oops.
Just because I specifically commented on the clavicle part doesn't mean I was oblivious to the rest. I'm not sure why I'm being targeted. Tallness is one of those idealized beauty standards so part of what all this photoshopping is for is to elongate things. It makes people appear taller.
Lawrence explicitly called the magazine out publicly on photoshopping her body so I'm guessing that's not the case.
Moving her clavicle down makes her look taller. That is probably why they did it.
Well there you go
From my list? I'd recommend Just Friends, The Santa Claus, and The Family Man. They're both light movies best enjoyed when you're only partially paying attention to them. In the background, as you said.
You are all wrong
