Of course she is. This is entirely unsurprising. She’s a devotee of a religion that espouses martyrdom as one of its moral pinnacles. At this point she’s actively aiming to be fired so that she can scream about being oppressed and make a million dollars selling her story of standing up for bigotry to other bigots.

We’ve also tried mandatory minimums and those haven’t worked out so great either. I think I’m with Greg on this one. This should be a thing we can fix in theory, but the culture is such that it’s impossible to fix in practice.
