I think crawlspaces are also more common in areas with a high water table or that are otherwise prone to flooding, and basements are more common in areas that get well below freezing in the winter, as they are somewhat less prone to frost-heaving.

I often have to manually select .jpg in the image editing software I use to crop it, but that might just be what I’m using. it also might just be kinja.

it’s a bit more effort, but if you want to respond to something a troll is saying, I take a screen shot, crop it down to their comment, dismiss their comment, then reply to the person they were replying to with the cropped screenshot as an attached image.
