Yeah, but I mean, Loki is an active agent of chaos. So far Agatha has done nothing except for coming to Westview and taking Wanda in a trip into her own past.

Debra Jo Rupp gets a starring credit for 5 minutes of screen time in the first episode and then casually appearing on the pre-Hex Westview reading a paper. I’m guessing she’s the witness protection program person or Fietro make the most sense but that’s some truly powerful agent work to get her that if she’s nothing…
The rumour (which was around before the Ray Fischer stuff I believe) was that the tensions were due to his dumb “The Flash falls face first into her tits” gag (very similar to the “Bruce falls face first into Nat’s tits” gag from Age of Ultron). She didn’t want to film it, he was a dick and demanded she film it, she…
I’m ready to be proven wrong, but I’m not sure Dottie is going to turn out to be anything. I get that she’s a genre actress we all recognize, but I kind of think it might just be a case of a minor actress getting a minor role on the show.
I could see them casting Emma Caulfield as a red herring, knowing many genre fans would assume she was the villain.
At most, maybe Dottie is just the witness protection person. Or not, maybe just a red herring after all.
And if you’re a real cheapskate, you tip the waitress $10 on a $300 party after she’s done all the work and even literally danced ... no I’m not still bitter ;)
“His message is complicated by getting in bed with Netflix when it suited his interests and his financials.”
Fellow 90s kid, I got it out of the library and read it before I really knew what periods were. I think it was an old copy, because I know around the 90s it was re-written to be about modern pads, with the sticker.
That theme song deserved to make the episode an A all on its own it was that good.
I’ve always felt that’s why it has such a vaunted reputation- it was innovative in terms of storytelling and the use of various filming and narrative techniques, but it also just works as a story and as entertainment.
I’m fairly inclined to believe that Woody did the things he’s accused of (though not so inclined that I assume anything necessarily), but it has always bothered me that Mia is treated purely as a victim and the allegations against her are often ignored entirely.
I was reading the THR review this morning and according to that, on Moses’ claims, “family members here call him a liar, and move on. Any claims made by Soon-Yi are even more critically dismissed.”
FWIW: as a side effect of being married to a person (and thus friends with a few more) who went to expensive NYC private schools in the 70s/80s, I ended up knowing several people who were classmates with one or more of the assorted Allen/Farrow/Previn kids.
You should just dismiss the person they’re just a sealioning troll.
They could change the relationship between the characters, sure. But it seems odd that they’d foreclose the possibility of using Moonstone as a doppelganger for Carol if they wanted to borrow from Dark Reign in the future.
If only they had that level of self-awareness. They think they are the good guys.
he’s not going to talk about fighting Apocalypse
Despite being the wrong Peter he did seem to share memories with Wanda, even if they didn’t remember them exactly the same way. His obvious knowledge of Westview being Wanda’s creation, while also probing about how she did it, certainly makes it seem like it’s not the real Pietro but instead some being trying to…
Working Girl should have been a forgotten movie that came and went, but it’s Nichols’ deft handling of the material and characters who would have probably been caricatures in the hands of someone else that lifts it up. A perfect example of his ability as a director.
