Claudia, yes, he’d participate in that. I think Lestat has little beyond regret for Claudia. The most sympathetic reading would be him thinking she never should have been turned. I imagine he was expecting Armand to ensure Louis survived.

I think Bailey Bass managed to give Claudia more maturity and it may have partly been the writing, but I think they struggled with “wait, how old do we want Claudia to seem?” which impacted the performance. I think the writing bore some of the responsibility. 

Simply talking about things doesn’t make them real. People talk about things that aren’t true or real constantly. My entire point was that people are talking more about Pixar’s struggles than Pixar’s struggles actually existing. Case in point, you.
