We all know McCain has got to loathe the guy. Maybe getting brain cancer will make him go, "fuck it, I'm just going to spend the rest of my days screwing with that little pissant"

Yeah, we're completely trapped in a slasher film series. it's never dead. But at least tonight, we escaped alive completely unexpectedly, eh?
Yes, exactly. I do not find teenagers sexually attractive at all. I can see when they're aesthetically beautiful, but there's just no attraction there. And that's for like….actors. The thought of feeling sexually attracted to a real life teenager seems even more bizarre to me. The thought of feeling sexually attracted…
Am I the only one wondering how the fuck he's finding her physically attractive? I mean, urgh. One, as a grown woman I do NOT find teenagers sexually attractive. And the thought of finding a kid that I used to babysit - just babysit, not even have a paternal relationship to - sexually attractive just because they're…
No problem! I hate it when I've got a vague recollection of something, but not enough of one to know how to find it.
The past is a foreign country; they do things differently there. https://en.wikipedia.org/wi…
My grandfather was an english professor. He tried to enlist, but was turned away because he'd had rheumatic fever (which is a helluva thing to have survived pre-antibiotics) and it damaged his heart. He was kind of sore about that, but it worked out for me, so there's that.
The thing is, the difficult thing, I think we always have opportunities like that. Maybe not in explicit war settings, but opportunities to help situations that are just as dire, or require just as much courage. But it's scary and uncomfortable and so we just wave them away.
Joan Baez ended up at only #85 and it was for Diamonds & Rust? Really?
The Bright Sessions would be fine as TV, I think. Wolf-359 too.
Yeah, that movie was so bad that I'm really skeptical about this.
GSUSA can go hang for all I care. They're worse than useless, effectively just undermining the councils at every turn.
I worked for the Girl Scouts. Are you speaking about a specific council, or GSUSA? (because fuck GSUSA. Almost all of GS' problems right now go back to GSUSA deciding to listen to some knuckleheaded consultants and force the councils to merge, greatly harming their capacity and also burdening them with huge pensions…
….yeah, actually. It could have been trimmed down a lot, and the emotional beats would have hit harder as a result. (Though there's a couple of other places too)
Civil War could have definitely lost thirty or forty minutes.
Why isn't there more Keith David? He's just the best.

WHAT
ARE WE GETTING AGENTS OF ATLAS
SOMEONE TELL ME WE'RE GETTING AGENTS OF ATLAS
What? A lot of people die. I mean, for god's sake, there were two whole christmas specials about saying goodbye to loved ones & the fact that they are about to die (or already died).
Yes. I mean, you can hardly say Doctor Who doesn't do death or is avoiding it for the kiddies or whatever. But sometimes it has other stories to tell. Is that really a problem?
Though this predates this trend by a lot, the reason my parents no longer have a basketball hoop is because some random kids walking home from the nearby middle school decided to do this and they broke it off.
