Please take five minutes to reach out to your HR/benefits group at your place of work and ask them what they demand of insurance providers with regards to birth control and abortion coverage. And ask them how that would change if Roe v. Wade is overturned.

Doctors will continue to do abortions. For wealthy white women who have insurance and who can afford to be checked into the hospital for a day or two.
