Because she could pull a ‘Phyllis Schlafly’ and actively spend her free time denouncing equality & depriving women of the rights & privileges she enjoys.

Like it or not, being rich and privileged brings varying degrees of attention, influence and power. Barbara Bush the Younger might not have as much power as some others in her family, but I am glad she is throwing her weight behind this cause, and I hope she persuades some conservatives that Planned Parenthood is

Well, since this is a hotly contested issue in many parts of the country, and she might be in a better position to sway people who on the fence about it, I’d imagine a lot of people who care about women having access to reproductive rights give a shit about this.

immature men have sweet fuck all to do with it, i’m sure.

I’m seeing Reba

I sort of see the Rashida and would like to throw Reba McEntire into the mix.

A) Good on her.

Good for her!

I know this isn’t a very extreme case of it, but I honestly live for women who grow up and say ‘fuck you’ to their fathers’ restrictive view points.

I was always brought up under the impression that its one of those things that if you have it in the house, its

“Doesn’t seem like good reason for an acquittal though, since this time it did result in death.”

You just know who’ll have something to say....

Sure. Maybe. But his folksy tip on how I can keep my kids quiet was, honestly, much appreciated.

I’ve heard of this kind of thing before, parents inadvertently suffocating or poisoning their child in bizarre efforts to quiet them. I think it’s a fairly common form of child abuse that doesn’t always result in death.

It’s pretty inappropriate for the judge to comment on this, isn’t it?
