I think I had a couple of those. I was pretty obsessed with “boy detective” and “boy’s adventure” novels when I was around 8-12 and I got a lot of other books mixed in with the usual Hardy Boys stuff. Hell, one year I even got a couple of Nancy Drew books for my birthday!
