I have sleep paralysis too though i just recently found out about it. It is so damn terrifying, sometimes I can't move my body, but sometimes I also feel like I can't breathe. But for me too, it always happens when I sleep on my back.

My advice is to go to a professional salon. Going from brown to blonde on your own pretty much always results in a brassy color, especially if you dye your hair often.
