Seriously, what is it with this administation and out of touch douchebags with punchable faces? Bannon, Stephen Miller, the dearly departed Mooch and now Mnuchin.

“People in Kentucky took this stuff very seriously. Being a New Yorker douchebag mouthbreather, I don’t have any interest in watching the eclipse”

Nothing makes you more likable than acting like being from New York makes you unimpressed with everything .

I kind of thought they were an odd pairing from the get go.

This was a first date movie for me in 1987. Leaving the theater with my date was an awkward vibe. Fantastic movie though, Glenn Close was magnificent, even/especially when she was completely unhinged. Alex was easily the most sympathetic character in the story.

I’d like to add:

Sorry dude, but whatever threat the cops posed to that guy is no worse than being shot in the fucking gut. Cops are white people’s friends, so a white person not calling the cops as a measure of protection when threatened is suspicious.

This is my hometown. Here’s the local report.

That you’re being stalked by a homeless guy and your friend can’t get to her car. Works really well for white women, and even if it doesn’t, an attempt to contact the authorities shows good faith in trying to avoid a conflict. But she had a gun and no one was going to tell her she couldn’t use it.

And the trolls of castle doctrine crawled out to feast. If I remember correctly that guy was an unapologetic shithead all the way through. Didn’t have an ounce of remorse for killing a woman asking for help.

Abandon the car forever, because homeless people are really feral ghouls who once ensconced in an area can never be budged?

Aged 26, has a Porsche, and Daddy does her talking for her. I guarantee it.

I don’t like to resort to name-calling, but this women is a worthless little twat. That expression on her face reads, “Yeah I did it, what of it? My daddy will post bail in ten minutes and I’ll be back at my Enterprise receptionist job by tomorrow morning lol.”

“Homeless guy walks up to my car, yells at me and says insulting things.”

Probably because no judge in the world would have granted such a warrant given the fact that the guy in question did NOTHING wrong and was not under any form of investigation.

It’s super annoying. There’s a lot of junk in the greys, but that’s also where new blood and one off comments from people with personal experience come from.

From ACLU Utah: We know Ms. Wubbels’ excellent attorney, Karra Porter, who won an award from the ACLU of Utah in 2015 for her civil rights work. Ms. Wubbels is in great legal hands. We support their actions in pushing for positive change through litigation and public education. We are also in discussions with SLCPD

You did misinterpret. The victim’s status as a reserve officer did not come out until later, the local PD is using that to try and bootstrap and after the fact “looking after our blue brothers” justification for Officer Payne’s actions.

I work in a small hospital (25-bed Rural Access Hospital) and the police ALWAYS have a warrant to get blood. Plus the place has no security, so if we need backup, we call them. But then again, our officers and deputies like their jobs and know what they can and can’t do.
