Honestly, I’m underwhelmed so far- did an excellent tri-tip, but chicken thighs were not noticeably better. I have a WSM for smoking pork shoulder, ribs, brisket & an instant Pot for soups & broths. I need to find something to make me feel like this Anova is worthwhile.
