He was charged with violating existing statutes; the judge seems to have found that stalking a child and taking pictures without her consent isn't a violation of those laws. I think that's what we're objecting to.

To be honest I wasn't thinking about the judge, I was thinking about existing laws that could be applied to the situation, in other words, crimes that the creep should have been charged with by the prosecution. So, in fact, I "do" realize.
