I just moved into a place with no washer/dryer, so I’m going to the bank later for some rolls of laundromat quarters. This got me thinking. How much money in quarters does the average local bank have on hand? Could I do quarter run on the bank and buy them out?

I know Gizmodo doesn’t really give a shit about science anymore, and Sploid definitely doesn’t, but I can just as easily say my dog acts like a cat and isn’t a ‘needy creature’ (which is true) as you put below. It’s almost as if anecdotal evidence is bullshit in terms of drawing meaningful conclusions.
