One very important thing that was not mentioned, if this is a harassment issue YOU DO HAVE TO FOLLOW COMPANY PROCEDURE AND REPORT IT TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSON (HR, CFO, whoever they say you report to). I know talking to HR is not suggested, but quite often I have rejected to take up a case because no was was notified
