For apps, I normally recommend my clients use Talking Parents. It is free and can allow the judge access if it gets to that point. However, if you dont NEED an app, dont use it. It just says “I dont trust you” to the other parent which has lead to more confrontation.

It only cost Dow because Dow settled. No jury awarded this. Someone who did the accounting for Dow said “We can afford a 3.2B settlement” and they were wrong. No jury or judge or expert had anything to do with this.

You are right. Science ISNT advanced by lawyers. In a court of law science is advanced by experts. Who have to prove they are experts with experience, education, publications, etc, before they even offer any evidence.
