It depends on the workplace culture, but have you considered using Prezi? I think it's really good if you want to demonstrate creativity, the ability to think outside the box, some technical expertise. It's a nice alternative to PowerPoint, as long as you think it would fit the corporate culture of the place.

I've had the same experience with the choking. Totally didn't see it as something I would enjoy until I tried it. Just be careful with that stuff and make sure he knows when to stop doing it or when to apply less pressure so you don't end up hurting yourself. Have fun! ;)

I'm on the coast in Shandong province, in a very small town with limited foreign goods. There's definitely a lot of cheap crap, but mostly bad knock-off toys, not really spider garlands and fake cobweb. Trick-or-treating will definitely be happening, though. :)
