YEP! Today they think scary is being disemboweled or mutilated, which is admittedly horrifying, but not creepy. True foreboding creepiness gives the chills not stomach (or eye) rolls.

I want to see this movie, as a big fan of Anderson, Hoffman, with a curious fascination on why people follow someone like Hubbard. It's clear ties to Scientology which Anderson seems to skirt but be very clear and direct about, which is probably good given it's almost mafia like nature.
