I don’t know why this is such a hard concept. Employee rights under the NLRA are pretty clear when it comes to non-unionized employees. I have a freaking poster in my break room that covers this.

I think you underestimate the number of companies that do local deliveries. Every distributor, every retail chain (depending on size) and every regional delivery company would benefit from these. Especially in areas like LA.

Didn’t see pictures or videos of white supremacists being gang beaten or run down with a car. There were bloodied noses on both sides, but the Nazis caused the most serious casualties.

Given a good portion of them are saying racist things, including actual WWII era Nazi slogans, I’d say the ones who are “protectin muh herituge” might be in the wrong crowd.
