Jenner might have a spare set somewhere.

It wasn’t the laws they had issues with in the original colonies. It was the lack of representation they felt they were due under British law.

I dunno, at worse, stolen mail can be used to give someone a paper cut. A stolen car can inflict a wee bit more damage. Kind of a crappy comparison. Better off comparing idling cars to guns that aren’t properly secured.

It’s a problem in any cold weather state/area really. I grew up in small(ish) town in Massachusetts with a population of around 20k people, and it happened every winter.

It’s not like people have ever been harmed by someone driving a stolen car. Nope.

It took me way too long to figure out what you meant. I should just go home sick.

Because this is the first time a recall has been issued on a vehicle, amiright?

Assuming Iran has the ability to mobilize hundreds of these craft at once, how much damage are they capable of inflicting on an aircraft carrier if they aren’t on suicide missions? Or if they are? Could they rig hundreds of them to blow up with enough force to put a hole in a ship?

Where are you going to see hundreds of small fast attack boats? Short of weaponizing every small craft in Florida, it’s not a realistic threat in those numbers.

If you paid a good chunk of money for those premium(ish) seats and they just give them to anyone who felt like taking them, you wouldn’t be a little irked?

I’m just here for the inevitable race war in the comments section.

Kinda rich to see someone call the Patriots the Cheatriots while saying they rooted for the Falcons.

Ehhhh it depends on the brand and carrier. And even if you still manage to get updates that long, those updates tend to big down the old hardware.

I didn’t even bother initially paying for the navigation chip in mine. It’s a massive waste when your phone, Google Maps and a cheap holder will do a better job.

Not just that, but if you Grocery Chain A owns and operates their own trucks, they could install chargers in the loading docks for their trucks if they need them.

Seconded or thirded or whatever. I’ve had 2 since the 2012 model (first one died in an accident). They’re not flashy or anything, but still fun to drive.

Could be an issue with older hardware or just planned obsolescence just like with cell phones.

How many people do you think are taught that “normal operating procedure”? I don’t even remember being taught that while learning to drive an automatic. It’s also commonly referred to as an “emergency brake.” You don’t think people are going to assume you only use it in an emergency?

This. I’d love an EV given my commute is about 30 miles roundtrip and usually involves being stuck in southern California traffic. But there’s no way to charge the thing given I live in an apartment.

I’d love to shake your hand. To meet a flawless human being who’s never once made a mistake, had a lapse in judgement or just had a bad day.
