My old XJ got ~18 with only me, mostly on the highway. Couldn’t ever really beat that 18 mark. Sold it at ~180k .

Both good choices. Fastest car I’ve ever owned was for reference- “only” in the mid 12s in the quarter mile and that really changed my perspective. Can’t hoon the thing in 1 gear without risking jail time. So unless somehow it’s ‘track day bro’ only, I'll gladly go slow in something else 😎
