They scored a ton of points this series against a good defense; I wouldn’t worry about their offense that much.

I don’t like the Warriors but I do like Kevin Durant. And you won’t get too much argument from me about him getting the MVP. Durant was absolutely phenomenal. But LeBron was both better and more valuable to his team in every way other than, you know, not actually winning.

I gotta say, usually I’m on board with the whole “just give it to LeBron” narrative when it comes to awarding FMVP, even in years where he loses, but I think Durant earned it this year. 35 a game on 56/47/93 is insane, and it doesn’t even take into account how many huge shots he hit in game 3 and last night.

No, the basketball PLAYERS were good. If all we wanted to watch was a glorified skills contest in an uncompetitive vacuum, then I might actually tune into All-Star game weekend for the first time ever.

I’m not here to make a quarrel, but I’ve got Asperger’s too. I only got the diagnosis at age 43, after a life of being very good at certain things, and piss poor at others (social skills!). Are you serious?!? Ever hear of this guy called Wilt Chamberlain. Scored 100 points in a game. Averaged 30PPG, 23RPG for his Career!!! Averaged 50PPG and 25RPG in one season!!! This all while playing against one of the best defensive centers of all time in Bill Russell.

Also, Shaq is a fucking douche.

It’s not a bad summation of his game, though. Zero range, never got as many rebounds as he should, and his poor foul shooting generated its own defensive strategy that worked whether your team was behind or ahead.
