That's a strange list.

Yes, but not because of this.

I didn't go. I was just combing through all the show listings and imagining which one I wanted to go to the most. Les Savy Fav is one of the most thrilling live acts I've seen, and their frontman, Tim Harrington, goes in the pantheon of greatest live performers. I can see it being super weird if they're the opening

Yeah you can count it. The end is basically him reiterating stuff he already talks about in the main narrative. He just does it in one super boring chunk.

The Terror is straight up amazing.

Oh god. Those books. I read all 10 and pretty sure I only understood like 30% of what was going on.

I've been using a Divine Zweihander for a majority of the game. It's at like +7 or 8 now i think. My problem is it's so above and beyond every other weapon I have that I can't really justify using anything else at this point, as much as I'd love to mix it up.

My boss playstyle is a lot of running away and firing projectiles at opportune moments. I can usually take out Ornstein pretty easily but when I'm stuck with SuperSmaug, I get thoroughly whooped.

Wasn't the main complaint that the world wasn't interconnected and it discouraged exploration because you could jump between bonfires?

Am I really bad at Dark Souls? Cuz I'm playing it right now for the first time and it took me about 85ish hours of game time to get to Ornstein & Smaug. Also, i'm up to about 90 hours and still haven't beaten those two dickheads.

Gene Wolfe's Book of the Long Sun. I don't like it.

Oh I love that he went in a different direction on Sailor's Guide. I just personally didn't think the songs always worked. But I'm always in favor of an artist stretching our instead of digging into what we know he or she can already do well. Who knows what great stuff may eventually come out of it?

That would be great, although if I'm being honest, Lemonade is a stronger album than Sailor's Guide to Earth. I was a much bigger fan of Metamodern Sounds in Country Music.

Sturgill Simpson performance or GTFO

There was an actual The Fly sequel and it was terrible.

Controversial stance: I watched BvS last night for the first time, and… I didn't totally hate it? I actually kind of enjoyed some of it. Having already read a ton about it, I kinda knew what to expect, so my expectations were way way way down. And the movie somewhat exceeded them! Not exactly a ringing endorsement, I

But it's a sequel and not a remake, right?

I watched the animated Batman: The Killing Joke movie over the weekend. It was pretty bad. I have no connection with the comic book, so I can't speak for how well it was translated to the screen, but it was very ugly in how it dealt with Batgirl. I was interested in this because it brought back the voice cast from

Dr. Elsa Schneider in that movie allowed me to coin the phrase "hotzi."

I fear for the health of Len Wiseman and Werner Herzog.
