The problem is not necessarily the type of response, but the fact that Biden spouted off some nonsensical, old man yells at clouds back-in-my-day-boy, not even coherent rambling. Guns good or guns bad isn’t the point; the point is that Biden sounded like my grandpa in the throws of dementia.

Exactly! Oprah has shown consistently terrible judgment in the voices she has elevated. Why we as a society have decided that she is the Ultimate Moral Arbiter of All Things is a mystery to me.

Yep, that the woman who unleashed Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil onto a unsuspecting public, along with anti-vaxxer Jenny McCarthy, should be expected to consider the detrimental impact of what she promotes, is pretty unlikely.

They seem to ignore that Latino is not a race and that there are indeed millions of white people living all over Latin America and who are as Latino as those with darker skin. When your entire argument is that Oprah is being ignorant (and she is), it would help not to be ignorant yourself. 

How does any sort of Puerto Rican heritage qualify her to write about Mexican immigrants?
