The Incredible Hulk counts, why is this even a question. Tony Stark literally appears in the film. Thunderbolt Ross shows up in Civil War and other films. The movie references the Super Soldier serum. Bruce mentions his rampage in Harlem in The Avengers. It is an MCU film through and through.
