You defended Darren Wilson, but think THIS is police brutality? I wonder why? FUCK YOU!

This has all the hallmark inconsistencies of a rookie commissioner.
Serious question: What is a "Trade Pool"?
When you say "doesn't square with the evidence," I assume you're speaking about the autopsy? You do know that when they say an autopsy is consistent with Wilson's story, that doesn't prove it happened that way, right? This isn't Bones or CSI. The wounds would be consistent with A LOT of scenarios.
Fifteen eyewitnesses said he raised his hands and only 2 said he did not, so it's somewhat disingenuous (or just plain incorrect) to call that action "something that seems to not have happened" and to refer to "a couple of bullshit eyewitness accounts".
made in reference to something that really seems to not have happened.
Have you read the grand jury testimony? Because your comments don't square with the evidence. (Not that it has anything to do with football players expressing their opinions peacefully, I just think that everyone with an opinion on it should actually read the testimony and see what a travesty it all was.)
Like you?
There are plenty of eye witness accounts as well as forensic evidence that he had his hands up when he was shot. It would have been nice for there to be a public trial, with a prosecutor not focused on helping the defendant get off, to try to determine what actually happened. Darren Wilson wasn't found…
Your attempt at heading off passionate debate was wise as fatigue, for some, may be setting in. But the fact is, the atypical manner in which this case has been handled- the likely unimpartiality of a DA with a LEO family background who refused to recuse himself, the patty-cake he then played with Wilson's testimony…
Look it has nothing to do with "bullshit eyewitness" accounts...the fact is is that it was only the Grand Jury's job to decide whether there was enough doubt to bring the case the trial, not to actually decide whether or not Darren Wilson was guilty. The prosecutors (the ones supposedly trying to bring the case to…
Come on now. Pregnancy is your own fault. You don't deserve special accommodations for something you choose to do, as opposed to something outside your control like losing your license due to repeat DUIs.
you know what I find offensive? 18 year olds getting shot and prosecutors intentionally throwing the case
He forgot how to physics.
I think you're right that it's kind of a technicality and there is no way to come up with a definitive answer, which is AWESOME for a movie that is often thought of as a simple action-thriller.
Nobody gives a fuck about your fantasy team.
A four-year-old couldn't do it. So Goodell did.
Penn Holderness, the smarmy dad here, works in video production, internet marketing and social media management. He is rather openly using these phony "family hijinks" viral videos to market his business. It's not that he's some sad sack dad trying to become a viral star; he's a blow-dryed former local TV man turned…
How was he going to propose? "Would you like to do twenty to life with me?" "Honey, they say marriage is like a prison... and now that we're in an actual prison, I'd like you to marry me." "I sentence you to a life with me!" "I know you always like watching Prison Wives."?
As an avid fan of stand-up comedy, Tosh isn't that bad... All I'm saying is that when you have the respect of a comedian like Louis C.K., then you're doing something right. And if you're cool with him being bashed for solely making shallow observations about other people's videos, then what the fuck is this site…
Daniel knocks one off the wall once in a while. Not enough to make it worth watching on a regular basis, but this is one of them. Thanks, Barry or whoever has to watch Tosh every week to see if something is Deadspin worthy. (Thankfully Tosh isn't affiliated with the Lakers or we'd have to watch 2-3 shitty clips a day.)
