Honestly, the problem with that “script”—if that’s what we’re calling it—isn’t that it “slams” Warren. Without any additional context attempting to paint her as corrupt, it’s not particularly damning of her at all.

If I recall, I don’t think most of the ire—or really, mild criticism is probably more accurate—had much at all to do with the quality of the movie itself. There was quite a bit of consternation about the presumed theme of a disaffected white dude raging at society for his ills, or presenting that character and his

I really don’t understand the point of using a delicious single malt scotch in a cocktail like this, even though the concept of a smokey coke is admittedly intriguing.

This is what I’m saying. Why in the fuck would you use a $75 bottle of 16-yr single malt scotch when you could likely use something blended, which is usually going to be much cheaper and also isn’t tasty to drink on its own?

Nihilism is of zero use to anyone. Literally.

“Demorcaps”

“Castro went straight to Iowan voters and told them their state should no longer go first in the Democratic primary because it is no longer reflective of the party’s demographics”

It would have been more succinct to write “he doesn’t have one”.

There’s also a time and place for pointing out the original historical context and the way in which the Nazi’s appropriation of the symbol is just one more injustice that they put upon so many cultures across the world.

I also think it’s a shame. But that toothpaste isn’t going back in the tube. It’s tragic, but even in the list of awful things the Nazis are guilty of foisting up on the world, it doesn’t really rank in the top 10. In fact, you could argue that the extreme heinousness of the Nazi’s actions are precisely why this
